Funky Pineapple, Melon, Dark Chocolate
With this coffee it's all in the name - Fruit Bomb! Grind the beans and a tropical fruit fragrance immediately jumps out. In the cup we find lots of pineapple, winey notes and melon, with hints of dark chocolate on the finish. These flavours are backed up by good acidity and clarity, thanks to the processing skills of Marysabel and Moises.

Paola and Andrew passion for coffee grew in Colombia where they lived for four years, travelling extensively throughout the countryside to visit farms and learn about coffee production and the different processing methods. Keen to stay in the world of coffee they founded their roastery.Carrow Coffee Roastery is leading the way sustainability (the roastery itself is built with repurposed wood) and working directly with farmers that they’ve built relationships with while living in Colombia. Their aim is to source top quality beans and roast them to the highest standards, favouring light to medium roasts that allow a bean’s intrinsic flavour to shine through.
